1. Introduction

  • By participating in the Grand Express Car Wash SMS campaign (the “Campaign”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of participation.

3. How to Participate

  • To participate in the Campaign, text the current keyword. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out

  • You may opt-out of the Campaign at any time by texting “STOP”.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Grand Express Wash is not responsible for any technical failures, loss or damage resulting from participation in the Campaign.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
